FAQ
Do I need to pay extra to get daily content updates?
No. Your Klydoclock purchase includes a new Klydo every single day for as long as you own your clock.
If you want even more variety, you can choose to add Collections, which are themed content albums. These are optional add ons and they do not replace or limit your free daily updates.
Is there a subscription required?
Klydoclock comes with unlimited access to a growing library of animations, with new Klydos added daily. There are no subscriptions or extra fees.
How can I browse through all the Klydo animations?
Browsing is through our endless Klydo feed is simple with the included remote control. You can use it to select animations, mark favorites, and adjust your clock settings to suit your needs.
Can you switch between Klydos automatically?
Yes! You can choose how often your Klydo changes—every 1, 5, 15, or 60 minutes, or switch to a newly added Klydo once per day. And if you prefer to keep things steady, you can also set one Klydo to stay fixed on display.
Who makes the Klydos?
Klydos are created by artists from around the world, each animation is human-made and crafted to tell a story through time.
Does Klydoclock require an internet connection?
An internet connection is required upon initial setup, to get the latest content, updates and accurate time. However, viewing and browsing Klydos is possible offline.
What happens if I'm not connected to the internet?
Klydoclock was designed to provide an online-connected experience, allowing users to enjoy daily Klydo animation updates, automatic time synchronization (just like your smartphone), software updates, and exciting new features. This connected functionality ensures the full Klydo experience we envisioned.
However, the device also includes internal storage to support a seamless offline experience, capable of holding thousands of Klydo animations. Even offline, users have access to a wide variety of animations to explore and enjoy.
If the internal storage reaches its limit, Klydoclock automatically manages the stored animations, prioritizing newer ones while maintaining smooth performance. Importantly, the broader library of Klydo animations remains accessible online, and soon, we’ll release an app to make browsing and accessing this library even easier. To keep a specific animation always available, users can mark it as a 'Favorite,' ensuring it stays on the device.
In summary, Klydoclock is at its best when connected, but even offline, it provides a delightful and versatile experience for users.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and it’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever received! Great quality and so fun to be able to choose the type of face I want to see each day! Such a unique gift!
Gifted a clock to my wife for our anniversary. I was able to put an anniversary message on the clock before she opened it. We’ve had fun wxploring the various screens and we love the chimes on the hour. A bit pricey but we love it.
This clock is so unique and fun! I bought it for my husband’s office and he thought it was the best gift ever! Al his coworkers are jealous! What a creative way to put a little fun into your day. Love that it changes daily but you also can choose your own. Love it!!
I love that you can personalize this clock as a gift and it looks so cool!
Together, my daughter and I have bought 5 of them to give as gifts.
Love this clock! Bought it as a gift and it was a hit! It’s something different that you aren’t going out to get at Walmart. I love it!
I received this for my birthday and cannot help but stop and stare in wonder at it whenever I pass by. It's essentially an interactive art gallery featuring artists from around the world, beamed right into your home. I just love it and it works flawlessly!
Love it! Obsessed! So do my kids
I was super excited to have my animations included in the first Klydoclock Collection. I’ve had the clock running in my office for a few months now, and it’s such a joy to look at every day. It’s a real eye-catcher and works perfectly – I absolutely love it!
As a long-time collector of modern clocks (Kirsh Hamilton, Chronoart, QLOCKTWO, etc), I was thrilled to add this to my collection. After curating all the available faces down to a gorgeous selection of modern art, with a new face displayed every minute, this has quickly become one of my favorite clocks of all time.
Love the klydoclock and all the pleasure it's brought to me,don't think I could live without its charm thee animations are so good I've ordered a few klydos too as you can see from my video here's one
Bought as a present for myself and it’s the best decision I ever made not only can I see Ashley Loongshors’s art but also art from around the globe.
I will admit, I was VERY hesitant about buying this clock based on the price. I thought about this purchase for a LONG time before getting it and I'm glad I went ahead and treated myself. Here are my CONS: 1. The sound of the tick tock sometimes sounds like it is skipping. I have tried to watch to see if there is something consistenly causing it - sometimes it sounds like it is doing it when it is changing to certain graphics but it has been hard for me to pinpoint the reason. 2. I wish you could have the clock cycle through your downloaded collections along with the regular FEED. The only work around that I have been able to find is to "favorite" the images within a collection and then just have the clock cycle through your FAVORITES but it would be nice to be able to just combine the FEED along with your COLLECTIONS. 3. Rechargeable remote. This is just a personal preference but I think I would have preferred a battery operated remote. The clock does not come with a cable to recharge the remote but it takes a USB-C charging port so I guess finding one around my house should be easy. 4. Additional COLLECTIONS cost anywhere from $10-12 on average. I don't know how I feel about that price point - I'm on the fence about it. Now for the PROS: 1. I got the Twilight Walnut - I was hoping it would be a tad darker but I still feel like the color goes with my decor well enough. 2. I appreciate the amount of control you have over which sounds are allowed and you have the ability to have different volumes for different functions. For example - I can set the "tick tock" sound at one volume and the chime at another. 3. The clock CHIMES but also will do the count of which hour it is. In previous reviews I had seen on youtube; reviewers were saying the clock didn't mark the hour - maybe this was an update? My only complaint about it marking the hour is that the it does it a little on the slow side for me. 4. Great variety in the animations. Not all of them are my cup of tea but they are constantly adding new animations - I love when a new one is added. 5. I appreciate being able to engage a SILENT time period as well as a NIGHT mode time period. I was going to put this under CONS but I think I will just make a separate note about it - I originally was drawn to the Klydoclock because of the WINGS ACROSS AMERICA Collection. I didn't realize that so many states had the SAME state bird, so unfortunately you get multiple duplicates of the same bird. That was a BIG disappointment. I still appreciate the collection but as someone who LOVES wild birds, I think I would love to see something that just has 50 individual species! Overall, I am very glad that I purchased the Klydoclock. I really hope that it works for a long time and doesn't become outdated "tech" that is no longer supported.
Absolutely LOVE my Klydoclock! So many options to choose from that are already built into the design of the “Klock”. So much fun going through all the Klydos that are available and building my own “Klydo Collection” of favorites. I have also purchased a few Klydo Collections to go with my mood or the seasons. The fact that new FREE Klydos or paid collections are added frequently is a bonus! ♥️
I received my Klydoclock as a Christmas gift about 2 years ago and it is by far one of my favorite gifts ever. I keep my clock in my man cave and when I wake up in the morning, I always pop my head into the room to see what the new face for the day is. I have purchased several collections because I believe in supporting this product and the artists who contribute to it. My biggest worry is that someday, the company will sell out and start charging a subscription fee which will completely ruin the spirit of the product. Until then, I will continue to support Klydoclock by buying collections when I can and showing as many friends this awesome piece to spread the word.
Great clock! Hope there will be an app soon as well with more options.
I absolutely love my new Klydoclock! It is simply too good to be true. Not only does it tell time but it is a seemingly endless piece of art….. and customer service is a dream. Thank you Klydoclock. Joan G. New York City
I have only had the clock a couple of weeks but I love it so far. There are so many klydos on the "feed". I see something new all the time. I do not even typically write reviews, but this clock is so unique and interesting, I just had to express my appreciation. ❤️
It’s only been a few days but so far I love it. Looks great. A few friends have made some nice comments.
I really love the klydoclock, it fits perfectly with our books between the shelf.
Loving it!!!
I have been wanting one of these for a while now, and my partner just surprised me with one! We love it- far exceeds my expectations- really a great conversation piece and very relaxing to watch. It even reminds me to feed the dog lol. The graphics are super cool. One wish- they have an app soon- but the remote works well- so it’s not a deal breaker at all. Love it!!
I looovve looveee and love this clock ssoo much!! Ugh it brings me so much joy love all the art the functionality how easy it is to setup and to use and to also contact the customer service! For the price I think it’s a steal! It is absolutely beautiful piece of art! The best part is they keep uploading new art which is free but also you can buy certain art collections for a very reasonable price like a price of cup of fancy coffee. They are absolutely worth it! I have attached a video too if anyone’s interested. It has a special place in my house..sits on my mantle nestled between my plants. I highly highly recommend it! Hope it brings you all the same amount of joy everyday as it does to me!
I received the clock as an early Birthday (80th)/Christmas present. At first I didn't know what to make of it, plus who gives a clock to someone turning 80! As it turns out, I love it. It is entertaining as well as nostalgic (ticking and chimes). I hope that the scenes change seasonally without an additional purchase.
Zeer leuke klok, iedereen vraagt ernaar. Elke dag een leuke nieuwe achtergrond met of zonder geluid (is optioneel). Geeft een hele leuke sfeer in huis. Ik vind hem geweldig. A really nice clock, everyone asks about it. A fun new background every day, with or without sound (optional). It creates a lovely atmosphere in the home. I love it.
There's no denying this is an expensive 'toy' but I've already fallen in love with it! Just a lovely thing that sits on my sideboard and brings a little joy to my living room.
Great clock that shares a special visual experience based on your timings. I gave my clock pride of place against my wood panelling Easy to set up and can be easily turned of of an evening before bed.ove the chime.
I have had my Klydoclock a couple of weeks and love it. It was simple to set up and definitely adds to the room. There are a few things that I would *love* to see added. Firstly, I would love to be able to put my own images and animations onto it. Secondly, are there any different 'hour' sounds? The 'Westminster Chimes' seem curiously dated, but I do like having an audio 'hour' sound. Thirdly, I know you can 'favourite' aminations, but I would like the ability to just mark the ones I *don't* like so much so that they do not appear again (rather than having to favourite *all* of the ones I do like and just play them - which risks me missing any new ones). These are suggestions for improvements rather than moans - I really *do* love it!
Purchased last week and it arrived a couple of days later. The animations are fantastic and there as so many. Love the hourly chimes. Friends and family all comment on how fab it looks and sounds. I’ll definitely be purchasing the Christmas collections in a couple of months!! Best £329 I’ve spent in a long time ❤️
Such a phenomenal statement piece for our new built-ins! We have an eclectic combination of books, lamps, clocks, and records populating our space, and this clock fits in perfectly with the vibe. Selecting our own favorite clock faces has allowed us to customize this so it fits with our aesthetic. Plus the sound emulating the mechanical “tick-tock” (can be turned off is desired) creates such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful product all around!
I'm very pleased with my Klydoclock, it adds an interesting feature to your room.
The Klydoclock adds a nice dimension to my “cabinet of curiosities”! Love it!!!
Love it! And every day a new art-work
Bought one. Loved it. Bought a second for my office. The Klydoclock is functional, fun, and somehow makes everyone who sees it smile. I constantly get asked about it by friends and coworkers. It’s rare that I like a product enough to buy two, but this was an easy decision. One of my favorite purchases this year.
I first got introduced to Klydoclock as a gift from dear friends, and loved it so much I bought myself a second one for our vacation home in Spain. Everyone loves it so much. I am buying one as a wedding gift today!
This is the coolest clock ever! I’m an artist myself and the clock sits in my studio. I’m distracted by all the clever images. I really enjoy it. I can’t wait to see more!!
I love this clock. The graphics are so nice and I love being able to picks favorites.
Absolutely loving my new Klydoclock! It fits into my office space beautifully. I chose the walnut casing for a nice middle-ground, timeless and natural vibe. My best impulse buy to date, hands down. The amount of Klydos (faces) that are available are amazing, and I get a new one every day to enjoy. I loved it so much that I decided to buy one for my mom for Mother’s Day.
We love our Klydoclock! When we ditched our old cable tv box we realized it had a clock. We kept glancing over in the direction of the TV and realized we needed a clock to replace it. Finding something esthetically beautiful for our living room was one of the goals. The animations just made telling time cool and definitely a conversation piece when we have company or even every morning when we pass through to see what is up next. If we don't like it we just fast forward. Customer service was excellent as well. After a recent software update the clock wasn't chiming at 7am as normal. After reaching out we got immediate instructions how to fix it. We love the clock so much we bought one as a gift!
