How can I see if my Klydoclock version is up to date?

To see if your Klydoclock ClockOS version is up to date, press on the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, if you do not see a red dot next to the “System” menu, then it means you’re all caught up.

How do I know what my Klydoclock ID/Serial Number is?

To get the ID and Serial Number of your Klydoclock, there are two ways to do this.

The first way is to locate the sticker on the back of your Klydoclock. Here you can See the SN (Serial Number) and the Device ID, also referred to as friendly ID.

The second way, is to press on the three lines on your remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “System”. Here you can see the Device ID, which has an animal reference, and the Serial Number begins with an “a”.

What should I do if my Klydoclock is only displaying a black screen/seems to not be working?

First, let’s make sure your clock is not in sleep mode.
• Try pressing the knob on the back of the clock or any remote control button - This should wake the clock up from Night Mode/Sleep.
• If there is still no response - Disconnect and reconnect your Klydoclock from power.
• If there is still no response - A factory reset might be necessary (see "How do I factory reset my Klydoclock?").

How do I fix my Klydoclock remote control if it’s not working?

Reconnecting your Klydoclock with the remote control is easily done by doing the following:

• Press and hold the knob on the back of your Klydoclock until a message appears onscreen that reads “Resetting Bluetooth”.

• A few seconds later you should see a new message that reads “Searching for
remote control…”.

• Now, grab the remote control and press and hold both the ♡ and 𝓲 buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds (you should see the LED light on the remote blinking blue)

• Your Klydoclock should display “Klydo
Remote: connected”.

• Your remote should now work with your Klydoclock.

• we recommend that you retry the instructions above, while standing closer to the clock
(less than 3ft).

• If you still can't manage to connect it to your Klydoclock we suggest that you plug it to a usb-c charger (any usb-c smartphone charger will do), and retry the above steps.

What happens if I lose Wi-fi connection?

If you happen to lose Wi-fi connectivity, the Klydoclock will still show the correct time. The only feature affected by the loss in connectivity is potential system updates and new Klydos being uploaded daily. No worries though, as soon as Wi-fi connectivity has been re-established, within 24 hours or less, your Klydoclock will be updated with the newest Klydos.

Can I change the Wi-fi network?

To change the Wi-fi network, press the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Wifi”. Here you can choose “Change wifi network”. It will display the different networks available close to you. Simply choose your preferred one and input the correct password. You are good to go!

How do I know when I need to re-charge the remote?

You can check if your remote needs to be re-charged by pressing on the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “System”. Here you can see the percentage charge left on your remote and decide for yourself if it’s time for a quick charge. Please note that fully charging the remote takes about one hour.

My screen is flickering/not displaying the Klydos correctly.

How do I factory reset my Klydoclock?

To factory reset your Klydoclock, please grab a pin, like you would use for your cell phone.On the back of your Klydoclock, on the left side of the plug-in, you will see a small hole.Please insert the pin and gently press for about 10 seconds and your Klydoclock will be factory reset.

How can I view my “Favorites”? 

To view your “Favorites”, press on the three lines on your remote, then scroll to the “Favorites” section. Enjoy!

How can I add Klydos to my favorites?

To add a Klydo to your favorites, grab your remote, browse through your “Collection”, and when you find the Klydo you like, simply press the 🖤 button. Enjoy!

How can I remove Klydos from my favorites? 

To remove a Klydo from your favorites, grab your remote, browse through your “Favorites” section in the menu, and when you find the Klydo you want to remove, simply press the 🖤 button.

How can I change my “Silent Times”?

To change your silent times, press on the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”. In the “Sound menu, you can scroll down to the “Silent Times” section, press on the 🖤 button on the remote to enter the settings. There you can turn the “Silent Times” on and off and also change the times the Klydoclock will be silent.

How do I change the sound of the chime?

At the moment, we are still working hard on providing more chime sounds. Keep an eye out in a future version update for this.

How can I change the frequency in which Klydos change?

To change the frequency of the Klydos, press on the three lines on your remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Show”. If you scroll down to “Change Klydo”, there you can choose between “Daily” and “Fixed”. Enjoy!

How do I change my time display to 24 hours or AM/PM?

To change your time display, press on the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Time”. Scroll down to the “AM/PM section, press on the 🖤 button to toggle it between the AM/PM and 24-hour options. You’re all set!

How can I change the display brightness?

To change the display brightness, press on the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Display”. Once you have scrolled down to the “Brightness” section, you can press left to dim the display and right to make it brighter.

How do I turn my Night Mode on/off?

To turn your “Night Mode” on or off, press the three lines on the remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Display”. Once you scroll down to the “Night Mode” section, you will be able to press left and right to select between “Off” and “Schedule”.

If you choose the “Schedule” mode, then you can also set the hours you would like your Klydoclock to go to sleep.

Can I remove any of the Klydos in the collection permanently? 

Removing a Klydo permanently is not a possibility in the main collection of the Klydoclock. However, you are able to add Klydos to your “Favorites” menu and then select which one you would like to see or remove from there.

Enabling/Disabling photo sensitive content (accessibility) 

To enable/disable photo sensitive content, press on the three lines on your remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Show”. Go down to the “photo sensitive” area, if you toggle it to the right, it will be enabled so you do not see photo sensitive content. If you toggle it to the left, it will turn the filter off so you can view the content.

Enabling/Disabling “13+ Content” (accessibility) 

To enable/disable “13+ Content”, press on the three lines on your remote, scroll to “Settings”, scroll to “Show”. Go down to the “13+ Content” area, if you toggle it to the right, it will be enabled so you see 13+ Content. If you toggle it to the left, it will hide the 13+ Content.
