This policy is disclosed prior to purchase in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.


PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For Klydoclock: We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to eligibility as described below.
To be eligible for a return, your clock must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unmounted, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, mounting hardware, and power adapters included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if we cover shipping) or instructions on how and where to send your package (if customer covers shipping). If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, shipping costs will be fully covered by us. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The returned product must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.  You need to:

-  Pack the clock securely in its original packaging, 

- Make sure the User ID on the back of your clock matches the one on the box.

Items damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

If your item contains a lithium battery, return shipping must comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation, IATA, and carrier-specific regulations for hazardous materials. Please contact us to confirm your model and type of battery for guidance before shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued with respect to such items.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All returned items will be inspected and tested prior to refund approval to confirm they are in working order and free from damage, or otherwise to confirm any claimed product defect or shipping damage.  If the returned product is found to be damaged, altered, or missing components, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the diminished value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without a justification. However, as pe the above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unmounted, with all tags, and in its original packaging, and in accordance with the description included in the second clause above. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14  days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@klydoclock.com.

For Collections:

If you did not install a Collection and a thirty (30) day period from the date of the purchase did not lapse, you can cancel your subscription to the Collection, and you shall be refunded. Cancellation following such a thirty (30) day period, is not possible and shall not be refunded.  Except in the foregoing circumstances, a subscription to Collection is non-refundable.
