Do I need to pay extra to get daily content updates?
No. Your Klydoclock purchase includes a new Klydo every single day for as long as you own your clock.
If you want even more variety, you can choose to add Collections, which are themed content albums. These are optional add ons and they do not replace or limit your free daily updates.
Is there a subscription required?
Klydoclock comes with unlimited access to a growing library of animations, with new Klydos added daily. There are no subscriptions or extra fees.
How can I browse through all the Klydo animations?
Browsing is through our endless Klydo feed is simple with the included remote control. You can use it to select animations, mark favorites, and adjust your clock settings to suit your needs.
Can you switch between Klydos automatically?
Yes! You can choose how often your Klydo changes—every 1, 5, 15, or 60 minutes, or switch to a newly added Klydo once per day. And if you prefer to keep things steady, you can also set one Klydo to stay fixed on display.
Who makes the Klydos?
Klydos are created by artists from around the world, each animation is human-made and crafted to tell a story through time.
Does Klydoclock require an internet connection?
An internet connection is required upon initial setup, to get the latest content, updates and accurate time. However, viewing and browsing Klydos is possible offline.
What happens if I'm not connected to the internet?
Klydoclock was designed to provide an online-connected experience, allowing users to enjoy daily Klydo animation updates, automatic time synchronization (just like your smartphone), software updates, and exciting new features. This connected functionality ensures the full Klydo experience we envisioned.
However, the device also includes internal storage to support a seamless offline experience, capable of holding thousands of Klydo animations. Even offline, users have access to a wide variety of animations to explore and enjoy.
If the internal storage reaches its limit, Klydoclock automatically manages the stored animations, prioritizing newer ones while maintaining smooth performance. Importantly, the broader library of Klydo animations remains accessible online, and soon, we’ll release an app to make browsing and accessing this library even easier. To keep a specific animation always available, users can mark it as a 'Favorite,' ensuring it stays on the device.
In summary, Klydoclock is at its best when connected, but even offline, it provides a delightful and versatile experience for users.

No need to set the time. Klydoclock is set by default to adjust according to the international internet standard set by the NTP, (Network Time Protocol), You can override it by adjusting the time using the knob.

Klydoclock is designed to sit beautifully on a shelf, mantel, or any flat surface. While it’s not made for wall mounting, we’re always exploring new ideas, so stay tuned for future innovations!

I have had my Klydoclock a couple of weeks and love it. It was simple to set up and definitely adds to the room. There are a few things that I would *love* to see added. Firstly, I would love to be able to put my own images and animations onto it. Secondly, are there any different 'hour' sounds? The 'Westminster Chimes' seem curiously dated, but I do like having an audio 'hour' sound. Thirdly, I know you can 'favourite' aminations, but I would like the ability to just mark the ones I *don't* like so much so that they do not appear again (rather than having to favourite *all* of the ones I do like and just play them - which risks me missing any new ones). These are suggestions for improvements rather than moans - I really *do* love it!
Purchased last week and it arrived a couple of days later. The animations are fantastic and there as so many. Love the hourly chimes. Friends and family all comment on how fab it looks and sounds. Such a phenomenal statement piece for our new built-ins! We have an eclectic combination of books, lamps, clocks, and records populating our space, and this clock fits in perfectly with the vibe. We love our Klydoclock! When we ditched our old cable tv box we realized it had a clock. We kept glancing over in the direction of the TV and realized we needed a clock to replace it. Finding something esthetically beautiful for our living room was one of the goals. The animations just made telling time cool and definitely a conversation piece when we have company or even every morning when we pass through to see what is up next. If we don't like it we just fast forward. Customer service was excellent as well. After a recent software update the clock wasn't chiming at 7am as normal. After reaching out we got immediate instructions how to fix it. We love the clock so much we bought one as a gift!

This clock is brilliant! It is well engineered and solid. The clock face is legible is all light conditions. The clock faces themselves are gorgeous and whimsical. I did not expect, but was pleasantly surprised to learn, that it chimes like a grandfather clock on the hour if you’d like. The clock is very customizable for your tastes. It connects to the internet with the option to either manually set or use internet time (very accurate). It was relatively easy to set up and configure. The menus have a little bit of a learning curve. It is a bit pricey, but for my tastes well worth the cost. I only have a few things I would add (hint, hint). That is the option for a single chime on the half hour. Also when automatically cycling the clock faces I think there should be an option to cycle every half hour as well. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way (that I can find) to cycle the purchased clock faces. Overall, I’m so glad I made this purchase. I’ve always wanted a nice mantle clock and this is the one for me! Friends are jealous 😊
Absolutely amazing bit of kit! So we'll designed, sleek and is basically a work of art. Its pride of place in our lounge and my husband loved it for his birthday. The customer service is second to none, when thwre was an issue with the cable, the communication was excellent and they didnt hesitate to send out out a replacement. I have wanted one of these for so long but couldn’t really justify the cost. However, when it went on sale I jumped on it and couldn’t be happier! The walnut cabinet is beautiful and high quality. The graphics are amazing and the ease of use makes this gorgeous piece quite user friendly.
